Last week the Senator was in town and had a VERY busy schedule. Some of the highlights were the Townhalls in Leisure World, Green Valley, and Sun City Grand as well as the Fighter Country Partnership meeting at the Wigwam in the west valley. Senator John McCain is much beloved representative of the people. Everywhere he speaks he draws the big crowds. People want and need his sage advice. God only knows that he remains one of the strong voices of the people.

With all due respect, pictures of the town hall meetings are nice, but they don’t tell the story or give the flavor of what went on at the meetings. I’m sure tough questions were asked. Those who couldn’t attend would like to know what important topics were discussed and what were the answers to those questions. Please put up videos on your website of the town hall meetings for all to see so that the electorate can make informed decisions concerning this crucial election. The political winds are changing and We The People will hold career politicians accountable come November. No more rope-a-dope. No more deceiving the People with unkept promises…telling us what you think we want to hear just to get elected. We hope Sir, that you “get it”! We’re tired of lies and deceit on both sides of the isle. Its not “What’s good for the party and your careers…its “What’s good for the People of this country. If that isn’t your goal, then make a career change and do not run for office. Otherwise, We The People will remove you from office come November in the midst of your deliberate ignorance and arrogance.
