Thank you for your interest in John McCain 2008. We are currently accepting applications to participate in the campaign's 2008 internship program. In addition to giving you real-world work experience, this program provides an opportunity to participate in the most exciting presidential election in history!
Interested in applying? If so, there are a few things you need to know first.
- Campaign Internships are unpaid and participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and housing.
- Preference is given to applicants who can work through the general election (November).
- Interested candidates should send their resume along with the following information to: hqresumes@mccain08hq.com.
- Ending date of internship (if you are able to intern through the election in November, your resume will be more competitive).
- Preferred location of internship (National HQ is located in Arlington, VA)
- Are you willing to consider interning in one of our regional headquarters? (Please be aware that the campaign does not cover any expenses.)
- If "yes" to the above question, please list any and all states for possible relocation, or indicate "anywhere."
- List previous campaign experience.
- Do you have specific campaign related skills? Please elaborate, if "yes."
- Have you volunteered for this campaign? If so, where/when?
