Early Ballot Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How do I sign up for an Early Ballot?
Answer: As a courtesy the campaign is making it easy for you to apply for an early ballot. It's real simple. All you have to do is download this form by clicking here. Print out the form, sign the card and check the box relating to the permanent early voting list. Then simply mail the card to us at:

You will receive a ballot at your mailing address around August 1st.
2. I have more people in my family that would like an application. How can they get one?
Answer: Please print out the form multiple times and simply follow the steps in Question #1.
3. How do I know if I'm already on the list?
Answer: Once we receive your card we will be happy to look that information up for you. If you are not on the list we will turn your card in to the Maricopa County Recorder.
4. I haven't received my ballot yet?
Answer: Ballots will be mailed approximately August 1st.
5. I'm an Independent, can I vote in the Republican Primary?
Answer: Yes
6. How do I request to vote in the Republican primary?
Answer: The County Recorder will contact you 60 days before the primary election to see if you would like a Republican or Democratic ballot
7. When is the last day to request an early ballot?
Answer: August 10th is the last day to request an early ballot.
